The Task - overview
To create a logo, brand and website for a new private equity firm to look and feel established, and fit well within the market. To appear sharp, trustworthy, business-like and clean, reflecting the ethos of the company.

The founders of Carolon Capital Limited have long and outstanding careers in global financial services. They wanted to create an identity to reflect their depth of knowledge and instill complete confidence in potential clients who are very careful in choosing work partners. With this in mind we needed to keep within conservative boundaries but make it a little different to stand out from the crowd. The logo uses a light, sharp classical font and a traditional dark blue with a contrast of a bright olive green, giving it real vibrancy. The icon consists of 2 ‘C’s, almost full circles, overlapping each other which is very simple yet abstract. The look and feel that we’ve created reflects the ethos of the company: it looks sharp, business-like and clean.
The bespoke website was designed and built from scratch. It is clear, simple and easy to navigate for the visitor. The client has easy accessible areas to upload and update content. A climbing theme using stunning mountain photography is the backdrop for strong business messages which communicate trust, support, teamwork and achievement.
